I am an user experience researcher and designer with a deep understanding of human behavior and a strong background in research, space design, facilitation, and the arts. I am currently getting my masters in sociology with an emphasis in social research. My background is in sociology, anthropology, psychology and communication.
I approach topics, problems, and people from a place of empathy as well as through the lens of social science principles. To me, a large part of UX is about working to improve our understanding of the human experience in order to create truly great and substantive products and experiences. I believe research is an integral part of design.
I have always been fascinated by, and motivated to, understand how and why people and systems work the way they do. I am particularly interested in understanding how the individual and the system work together and influence each other, a strength that helps in UX research and design.
I would love to hear from you! I welcome feedback and the opportunity to work on new projects.
